HOW MUCH MONEY WILL IT COST?

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I GET BACK?

Let me do the math!

Variables aside, lets take a typical Windsor one story home built that measures 28' X 36' (measured inside)
Lets say this home has no insulation in the exterior walls and only R-12 in the attic. The furnace, the A/C and windows are ok,
This home has 1,008 sq. ft. of living space.

The cost to add R-38 to the attic to bring it up to R-50 would be $ 806.40 plus GST $ 40.32 for a total of
$ 846.72. This home qualifies for $ 1,200.00 of rebates for the attic alone thus making your actual cost -353.28, YES the rebates actually give you more money back then it cost you.

In this house the owner was consulted and they decided to go with adding Cellulose to the exterior walls. This process needs to be blown in through the drywall or plaster. The contractor patches the holes and finishes them ready to be touched up.
The cost for the walls to be filled is $ 3,072.00 plus
$ 153.60 GST for a total of $ 3225.60. This home further qualifies for a $ 3000.00 Rebate, giving us a total for the walls of 225.60.

Adding the AirKrete product, installed from the outside of the house would have cost $ 3,840.00 plus GST. 192.00
The rebate is still $ 3,000.00, giving you a total wall cost of $ 1,032.00

The total for this home after rebates is $ -127.68.

But wait, now take your $ 846.72 (cost of attic)
..............................add $3225.60 (cost of walls) and use this receipt towards the 2009 tax incentive (15%) and receive a tax rebate of $ 610.86. Effectively the Government has paid you $ 738.54 to insulate your home. This update will easily save you 25-35% from your heating and cooling bills.

Now everybody with half a brain is asking "what is the catch"? Please see below link for full no B.S. disclosure.
