$ 3,000.00 Exterior Walls (add R-9.1 to walls)

$ 1,600.00 Crawl Space (bring to R-23.1)

$ 2,000.00 Basement Walls (add R-23.1)

$ 600.00 Replace Hot Water tank with Instantaneous gas water heater (80% or better).

$ 60.00 Per Opening for Windows (Energy Star)

$ 100.00 Replace toilet with a Low Flush or Dual Flush unit. (per unit)
