Can I use my own bank?
Yes, I will give you a detailed quote sheet to take to your bank and at that point you simply fall into the Cash Type buyer. Look for the "I want to pay Cash" description, follow this link.
What if I want to do the work myself?
We will answer any questions you have, we will take you through the process and we will hook you up with our preferred home audit company.
What if I just did a bunch of this type of work?
Unfortunately all the work must be preformed between the two home audits. If you find a company that says anything different, they are committing fraud, and you are not likely to like the outcome.
