There is a maximum rebate of $ 10,000.00 per house or tax address.

You must have two audits preformed:
Audit 1, takes about 2 hrs and cost $ 325.00 plus GST
You will be rebated $ 150.00, even if you don't get the second audit completed.
Audit 2, takes about 30 minutes and cost $ 150.00 plus GST.

During Audit 1, an air sealing test is preformed and you will be given advice to tighten things up. If you meet the Air Sealing test you are given an extra $ 300.00

This is a rebate program, so you will need to either pay for the work being done a head of time or you will need to finance the project until you receive your rebates.
